Horsham Blueprint Forum Re-Designation

In light of recent announcements regarding COVID-19, Horsham District Council has reviewed its protocols regarding the consultation process for neighbourhood plans. In order to continue to progress neighbourhood plans, we have made a decision to restart the consultation process with measures we feel are in accordance to the government guidelines. Please ensure you are safe and observe government guidance regarding COVID – 19

Horsham Blueprint Business Neighbourhood Forum (HBBNF) in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations General 2012 (as amended) are required to apply for a re-designation of the area forum. The consultation will start from 5pm Wednesday 17 June to midnight Wednesday 29 July 2020 for 6 weeks inviting representations on the forum re-designation application.

Documents will not be made available in deposit locations due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. If local residents have difficulty in engaging online we have provided a telephone number and email address below. Members of the public are encouraged to leave their details for an officer to contact them back if they need further information. Each enquiry will be dealt on a case by case basis.

All comments must be received by Midnight on Wednesday 29 July 2020

There are a number of ways to make your comments:

  1. If you would like to make a representation on the Horsham Blueprint Area Application Redesignation, please do so online and register with the online consultation portal (click on the 'register' button in the left hand corner of this page).
