Additional housing requirement should be located in close proximity to the availability of employment and where public transport is currently available ie: Urban extension sites NOT green field sites.

The developments at Buck Barn (Weald Cross) and Mayfield are in direct conflict with a number of Strategic Policies. They are not within an already built up boundary and do not represent an extension of an existing settlement.
