SA 112 representing Greendene is in an area which abuts the A29. Now that the A29 has been classed as part of the major road network, any new development in this particular location would be detrimental to the existing layout; impose additional traffic on to an already busy road and would be in contradiction to the emerging Pulborough Neighbouhood Plan. Pigeon Gate Bridge which is a road bridge over railway has already been identified as dangerous in the same context

Our proposals for Kingswood respond specifically to each point in the draft policy (see paragraph 64 of our Representations to the Regulation 18 Consultation on the Horsham District Local Plan 2019 – 36 on behalf of Kingswood Village Ltd (“KVL”) .
