Inspired Villages are supportive of Strategic Policy 45 as this reflects what an Inspired Villages continuing care retirement community seeks to provide.

Policy 46 wording should include a reference to the protection and improvement of the multi-functional public rights of way network

I note your strategy of green open spaces for the health and mindfulness of local residents. I really support this as many of us need that break from stressful lives. I think infilling and smaller sites goes AGAINST that strategy. If you were to build 10,000 houses beside a resident, residents would cope better than having 100 here and 200 there.

Clearly, an anticipated increase in traffic would materially and negatively impact the safety, wellbeing and way of life of its residents, leisure visitors and wildlife. It will have an unacceptable impact on the highway safety and its residual cumulative impacts on the road network would be severe. It will change the character and undeveloped nature of the countryside in this area.
