• When will the “Minimum Space Standards Evidence Paper” be available?
• How will developers be required to adhere to it when their current proposals are drafted with no reference to it?
• There is limited ability for HDC to facilitate required changes as set out in paragraph 6.56 when the key “Accessible Homes Evidence Paper” has yet to be published.
• How many M4(3) homes are required during the life of the plan?
• How have these needs been fed into Neighbourhood Plans?
