A new village in not wanted in an area that already has had to accept massive developments in the near vicinity ie. Southwater and Horsham.
No transport infrastructure – no rail station or main road improvements to support number of homes proposed, therefore only increasing car movements on already pressurised roads.
Buck Barn and close village of Cowfold has poor air quality already. These bottlenecks of traffic and drivers finding an alternative to the busy A271 & A272 will push the poor air
