I think this is largely a positive policy but request further details to enable: applicants to make informed planning applications, HDC officers evidence based decisions not subjective rulings on applications & HDC more able to fight challenges by those unsuccessful with an application reducing both officers time and costs to HDC. Expand policy to include other needs to reduce burdens on Housing registers & enable families to support themselves with less demands on HDC & reduced budget demands.
