General comment on Chapter 5

I broadly supports the strategic policies set out in this chapter. But to provide more local employment opportunities with fewer travel needs, I feel there should be more positive encouragement of mixed land-uses to expand the provision of A1, A2, and B1 uses in established residential areas.
