Proposed Change Nuthurst Parish Council would like an additional criterion: “Agricultural and rural buildings should only be considered for conversion to residential use when the building is no longer needed for an agricultural/equestrian use and the resultant dwelling is needed to support an agricultural or a countryside activity.”
