Too many landowners are seeking to convert so called redundant buildings such as barns, stables, sheds etc to dwellings in unsustainable locations in the countryside. This is unacceptable. These buildings should only be allowed to be converted into dwellings, if the dwelling is necessary to support an agricultural, equestrian or other countryside activity

Proposed Change Redundant "agricultural' buildings should only be converted into dwellings if the dwelling is needed to support an agricultural/equestrian/countryside activity.
