We submit the parcel of land site in between the McVeigh Parker Yard and Wadeys Builders Yard, Andrews Hill Stane Street Billingshurst RH14 9JR for consideration for inclusion in the draft plan.

We submit the parcel of land site in between the McVeigh Parker Yard and Wadeys Builders Yard, Andrews Hill Stane Street Billingshurst RH14 9JR for consideration for inclusion in the draft plan. We feel the proposal to establish well designed (see plan) starter units on land sandwiched between the two existing businesses to the north and south, the A29 on the eastern boundary and the main London to Portsmouth Harbour main line railway is well suited to this site and complies with Local Plan Policy No10 and Policy No 26 referring to Rural Economic Development and Countryside protection respectively. We ask this site is considered for further small-scale Starter Units development to compliment the current Billingshurst Neighbourhood (Development) Plan.
