I object to the possible Mayfield development at Henfield. Transport infrastructure is already under strain. The developers would need to pay and provide a large new multistory car park at Hassocks Station to cope with the increased parking needs for a new town, many of whose residents will wish to commute on the London main line( Hassocks will be the closest station). It is already difficult to park at the station with the current population size.
