Upper Beeding Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 16 Consultation

 

Upper Beeding Parish Council (as the qualifying body) has prepared a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP), entitled "Upper Beeding Neighbourhood Plan 2018-2031", for their Parish with the help of the local community.  The NDP sets out a vision for the future of the Parish and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally.  In accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), the Upper Beeding Neighbourhood Developement Plan and associated documents will go out to consultation for 7 weeks inviting representations between Friday 15 February and 5pm on Friday 5 April 2019.

A copy of the Regulation 16 Upper Beeding Neighbourhood Plan 2018-2031 and the supporting Sustainability Appraisal/Strategic Environmental Assessment are available to view below.

We encourage respondents to use our online consultation portal response form at the bottom of this page by clicking on 'Respond by filling in the online questionnaire'.  Should you wish to make more than one comment on the plan, please feel free to use multiple comment forms.
