What is the purpose of this survey?

The aim of the survey is to ensure our assessment of the sites submitted to us so far can be carried out fairly and consistently.

Who should complete this survey?

Landowners, developers and agents or others who wish to promote land to Horsham District Council for our consideration as potential sites for allocation in the Horsham District Council Local Plan.

If you are not promoting land, please do not complete this survey – any comments or queries about sites in our SHELAA or the Local Plan process more generally should be sent to strategic.planning@horsham.gov.uk

What happens next?

We are requesting that any additional supporting information is submitted to the Council by 14 June 2019 via this survey form. 

Please note that after 14 June 2019, Horsham District Council will not be in a position to consider new sites which are submitted to the Council for inclusion in the Strategic Housing and Employment Land Availability Assessment for consideration at this stage of plan preparation. 

Once submissions are received, Horsham District Council will contact you directly if we require any further information or assistance in relation to the information which you provide.
